Unsoiled I should add.
I’m not quite sure what compelled me to keep it. Perhaps it was the pleasant drawing of the Mary Poppins-esque lady on the front smiling politely as though to say ’everything’s going to be alright dear.’

Your 2021 Christmas Gift: Feeling confident and beautiful
And in a blink of an eye it’s now December.
Amongst the million things we all need to organise before Christmas, have you already allowed yourself to think about what you will wear during the 2021 festivities?
Since we all became mothers I am pretty sure this question has become less and less relevant for the majority of us.
As Andy Williams sings into our eardrums every Christmas: ‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year.’ And while it’s true for many of us, equally, there are those of us who feel all is not quite so wonderful about Christmas.
Read MoreChasing Your Dreams Realistically Through All Seasons of Life
There once was little girl who wanted to write about love and adventure. She tried and tried again as she grew, to make her dreams of becoming a published author come true. But whether her metaphorical dragons were self-doubt, imposter syndrome, abusive exes or poor time management, she didn’t get there until she was thirty years old. And a mother herself to another little girl surely already full of her own hopes and dreams.
Daily rituals for overall calm

Read MoreHow I Ditched the Motherhood ‘Shoulds’ and Learnt to Trust My Intuition
There are few things in life that invite as many opinions and expectations from others, yet requires as much self-knowing as motherhood.
Before I had Trudy, I was very used to doing all the ‘shoulds’. You know the drill… uni, career, marriage. And while I enjoyed all these, my story was one of looking outwards for what I ‘should’ be doing. I never checked-in with how I felt. I never checked-in with my intuition.
Read MoreAs summer’s end draws closer, and the leaves silently begin to prepare themselves to make their journeys down to rest on the ground, the approach of the Autumn Equinox has long been a time associated with a significant switch in our energy levels.

Having been described as an out and out entrepreneur I like to think that one of my strongest traits is my ability to get stuff done. The utter belief that no matter what, I will succeed at whatever I do and will not stop until I reach the outcome I want.
Nothing or no one is perfect!
