Hello and welcome,

I'm Emma, AKA ~ your business cheerleader!

I am a Business Coach for Busy Mums, an Educator and Self Care Expert, supporting mums who are juggling the school run and growing a business with the tools to build their business their way minus the guilt and burnout.

Over the past six years I have been working with mums and creating a wonderful community, encouraging mums to take time for themselves, to do the things they love and enjoy. My own journey of growing my business and self discovery has lead me right here to facilitating others to do the same.

I am a Qualified Coach, Certified Social Media Manager, NLP Master Practitioner, mBIT Certified Coach, licensed Practical Magic Coach and a teacher for over 11 years, as well as having first hand experience of running a business as a mum whilst juggling a full time teaching job. My mission is to support busy mums, like you, with the tools to thrive in their business so you have more time to do the things you love and be present with your kids.

I set up by business (formally known as Isabella and Us) when my daughter, Isabella was 4 weeks old. After having Isabella I found the transition into motherhood hard and so my business Isabella and Us. was born. I wanted to help other parents celebrate the small wins and to promote positive wellbeing in parents too. At 5 months into motherhood, I was diagnosed with PND and this has given me an even bigger drive to raise awareness of maternal mental health and the importance of meeting our own needs as mothers.

I believe that when our energy cups are full as Mum’s, our lives flow more easily, we can navigate the daily challenges in motherhood and our businesses with more ease and we ultimately have more time and intentionality for the things we enjoy.

And so this is why I believe there is a better way to run our businesses as we juggle it all as mums, and this is where I come in to help you.
