Who do you want to be in 2023? 

So who do you want to be in 2023? How do you want to show up for yourself and for those around you?

Although I am not a great believer in new years resolutions, as I believe you can start a new habit or start to make changes at any point in the year. I am believer in living your life as authentically as you can, which starts with working out who you are and what you want to be.

So who do you want to be in 2023?

Start to be curious about what you want from the different contexts which make up your life and you - What is it that you want? What is it that you don’t want? How can you add in more of what do you do want?

A way to start this journey of finding out who we truly are is by reflecting on our 2022. This is a starting point to not feeling stuck with where you are right now, to be able to focus to make changes, to listen to your intuition to live an aligned life, to step in to who you truly are after becoming a mum and be guided intuitively in 2023.
