On setting goals to help you thrive

Setting intentional goals to work towards as part of where you want to get too is important to achieving what you set out too.

Goals that are heart led and in alignment with what you truly want are the goals you want to be setting in order to support you in thriving in life and living live authentically as yourself.

Using the prompts below you can start to dig deep, listen to your intuition and get clear on where you want to be and how you can get there, almost like a map with the stops along the way to help you pause, reflect and gain momentum.

  • What would I like to have happen?

  • What is it I want?

  • When do I want this?

  • Who do I want this with?

  • When I have achieved this goal - what will I see? what will I hear? what will I feel?

  • If I achieve this goal what will I have?

  • If I do not get this goal what will I have?

  • What is important to me about this goal?

  • What is my first step?
