Three ways to start to live a heart centred life

Three ways to live a heart centred life

Do you want to feel more aligned and have more harmony in your life?

Do you wish to be able to thrive and feel that life flows so much easier for you?

We all want to be less stressed, more comfortable in who we are, be happy, live our best and truest lives and living a heart centred life can help us get there.

When you are stuck and not able to make decisions, move forward or feeling stressed you are often in a place of incongruence with how you feel.

When you are in this space have you ever stopped and just listened to what your body is telling you?

Your body has all of the intuitive wisdom that you need in order to live a life as your truest self. If you could take the time to listen and access this, you would be able to have an awareness of what your intuition was telling you and then act on it. This would support you in understanding yourself, what brings you joy and allows you to be creative, compassionate and courageous.

Three ways to start to live a heart centred life:

  1. Listen and ask your body for the answers, start with “What would your head say? What would your heart say? What would your gut say?” - allow these answers to come to you, allow them to flow and trust that the answers you are given will be the right ones for you. Write these down in a journal or notebook.

  2. What is it you truly want? Start to be curious about what you want from the different contexts which make up your life - What is it that you want? What is it that you don’t want? How can you add in more of what do you do want?

  3. Practice gratitude - Every day spend a few minutes focusing on practicing what you are grateful for, you might wish to write these in a journal or share them with your children or family at tea time or bed time. Practicing gratitude helps us to be happier and to be more present within our lives.

When we begin to have awareness and trust in our magical selves we can begin to live a more heart centred life.
