Three tips for when you are feeling stuck

When you are feeling stuck you are often meeting barriers, roadblocks, limiting beliefs, circumstances, even the stories you are telling yourself in a way which is keeping you were you are. These can stop you moving forward to be able to thrive in your life.

There is no quick fix for working around some of these ‘things’ that are keeping you stuck and sometimes you can feel like there is no other option than to stay where you are now. However, there is choices, options and different perspectives to help you move forward.

Being congruent in your life allows you show up as your authentic and true to yourself, it takes work and the ability to have awareness and be curious about the choices you have to do things differently to get to where you want to be.

Three tips for when you are feeling stuck

Follow these tips to help you feel more aware of what might be keeping you stuck and how you can make small changes to move forwards.

  • Get out of your head and into the fresh air - take a walk, go for a run, be present in moment and allow your unconscious mind to gift you with the answers

  • Ask yourself ‘what can you let go of right now?’ ~ What are you holding on to that you no longer need? What is important to you in your life? What is no longer important to you?

  • How can you show up as your best self today? ~ What do you need in order to be at your best right now? What can you do gift yourself compassion and kindness to meet yourself with where you are at right now?
