What is included in Self Care ~ Time for You?

Self Care ~ Time for You, my signature self care course includes an interactive workshop and a workbook. The workshop also includes self care practices using breathing exercises and Practical Magic cards and journaling. The accompanying workbook includes activities to support you in listening to your intuition and really digging deep in to what self care is, different contexts of your life and where you can bring more self care in, along with exploring what self care practices you need right now.

What is it like working with me?

In my coaching sessions I will hold the space for you, allow you to move in to your heart space to dig deep and listen to your intuition. I will guide you through your intentions for the sessions through my coaching toolkit of Practical Magic, NLP and mBIT, alongside journalling, creativity and self care practices to support you to thrive in motherhood and beyond.

What is Practical Magic™?

Firstly it isn’t a way to fortune tell or predict your future and it isn’t a replacement for therapy. It’s a way of tuning into your intuition using the cards from the Activation Deck as creative prompts, it is a tool for self enquiry, helping us to move out of a stuck state and in to one of curiosity, of activation, of overcoming barriers and overwhelm.
