Self Care Notes 90 Day Journal

Journaling is the practice of recording of your thoughts, feelings and insights. 

There are many studies which show the benefits of spending time journaling each day, including boosting your mood and having a positive effect on your wellbeing. It can give you the space to connect inwards to your intuition and to listen to what is really going on for you. 

A lot of people ask me how do I start journaling? The simple answer is ‘just start’. Like anything all knowing is in the doing and so grabbing a pen, a notebook and five minutes to just write is really all you need. 

When you make that time and where is completely up to you. You might have five+ minutes whilst your kids are at their swimming lesson, or you might make time before bed to sit and reflect on your day. 

You don’t need to journal every day either, how much you journal and how often is up to you too. This practice can be completely designed around you and your life. 

I know this 90 day journal will give you all the inspiration and structure, you needed to get started with your own practice and discovering your magic in your own words.

Who am I?

I’m Emma, mum to a six year old, Self Care and Motherhood Coach and Educator and editor of the Positive Wellbeing Zine for Mums.

I am on a mission to is to support mums to thrive and live a life they truly want. 

I am a licensed Practical Magic™ Coach and Facilitator, Certified mBIT Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Level 5 Coach, writer, creative and magazine editor.

For the past six years I have been working with mums and creating a wonderful community, encouraging mums to take time for themselves, to do the things they love and that bring them joy. My own journey of self discovery has been a wonderful, magical experience, leading me right here to facilitating others to do the same.

What is included in the Self Care Notes Journal?

The Self Care Notes  journal is a 240 paged 90 day journal, which you can download and print or use on your device. It includes a 90 day intention setting section, daily journal prompts, monthly reflections, a 90 day reflection, additional journal prompts and space for notes. It can be used for the full 90 days or dipped in and out of. 

The journal daily pages are not numbered so you don’t have to follow month to month, you can start today and use today as your first day of the 90 days. 

The journal will support you in listening to your intuition and really digging deep in to what you want your life to look like, as well as gifting you time for yourself. And because it is 90 days, it will help you to start to create some really healthy habits with journaling.

Through my coaching I will hold the space for you, allow you to move in to your heart space to dig deep and listen to your intuition. I will guide you through your intentions for the sessions through my coaching toolkit of Practical Magic, NLP and mBIT, alongside journalling, creativity and self care practices to support you to thrive in motherhood and beyond.
