So how does this coaching package work?
As a mum you are stronger and more incredible than you think you are. Though if you are anything like me as a busy mum, you need help to take your passion to the next level, in a way which works for you and your life.
As a coach and mentor for busy mums, just like you, I understand the challenges we face as mums, juggling it all. This is why I believe there is a better way to live with much more intentionality, as we juggle it all as mums, and this is where I come in to help you.
With my expertise and guidance together we will work from where you are now to where you want to be and set actionable goals to help you move forwards so you can design your life in a way that works for you. As Self Care Expert a big element of working with me will include supporting you to develop ways to care for yourself, so that you have the energy to do the things you want to and be more present with your family.
The coaching space we create together will be a calm, nurturing, supportive space, where you can explore your ideas, thoughts, feelings and decide on the actions you wish to take.

Your sessions will include:
~ An initial 20 minute Discovery call
~ Video Calls via Zoom or Phone Calls {so you can get out and walk during your coaching session} over a period of time schedule with you with follow up session notes where required - Three 60 minute sessions in a 3 month package/Six 60 minute sessions in a 6 month package
~ 1-2-1 message support in between sessions and for 2 weeks afterwards
~ A Personalised Strategy to help you manage all of your life admin, upcoming projects and ideas in one place
~ Goal Setting and accountability
~ Access to Pre and Post session tools and techniques
~ Email follow up with an abundance of support and resources to continue your journey
A session can include*:
~ Card Pulls from the Practical Magic Activation Deck™
~ Activations/Creative Activities
~ Visualisation or Relaxation
~ Breathing exercises
~ NLP and/or mBIT tools and techniques
*Depending on the length of package you book for and your intentions for the session, will depend on how we structure the session.

How to book:
Your session can be booked in two different time frames, perfect for if you want to feel in to where you are going with a more focused, longer session or if you want to a shorter session to gain some initial clarity for where you are going. The session will be either be hosted on Zoom and can be recorded, if requested, so you can watch it back, if you wish. Or may be via a Phone Call so you can get out and walk during your coaching session and we will discuss which option you would prefer before you book your sessions or during the Initial Discovery Call.
You can book a discovery call with me which will enable us to get to know each other, discuss what coaching is and also what it isn't. We'll also be able to talk through the challenges and barriers you are facing. and how coaching with me can help you.
Following on from this discovery call if we both feel that coaching with me is right for you then we can discuss the packages I offer and how this will work for you. Then we'll get your first session booked in which will take place online.

What is coaching via walking?
1:1 Coaching sessions via a phone calls which can be done alongside walking ~ a concept of incorporating two really beneficial things at once, plus the accountability in getting out in the fresh air if you choose to be coached whilst on the phone. These 1:1 Coaching sessions will incorporate the same tools and technique used in my traditional Zoom video call coaching sessions, with the added benefit of getting outside and walking, whilst you have your coaching session on the phone. I will be out walking too, whether that be in the same or a different location depending on where you are located.
There are multiple benefits to walking and coaching including:
~ enhancing our thinking skills by walking helping you to develop ideas, problem solve and discover new perspectives
~ opens up the space to relax and explore meaning you can come to your own answers with more ease
~ being outside in the fresh air has been proven to support your overall wellbeing and mindset
~ walking for at least 20 minutes releases those beautiful endorphins to make you feel good which also opens up the possibilities for creative solutions and those light bulb moments
~ walking and talking together increases trust, rapport, relaxation and gives a sense of calmness, opening up space for choice and possibilities to overcome barriers
